The Boots Company PLC is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist to join their team at Whitefriars Shopping Centre in Canterbury.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, delivering a range of enhanced services, including Pharmacy First. As a seasoned Pharmacist, you will utilize your independent prescribing qualification to make a real difference in the lives of patients.

You will spend your day in consultation rooms, providing expert care and advice, diagnosing, and prescribing. You may also collaborate with local GPs to develop and implement new clinic initiatives. This role offers a competitive base salary and a substantial performance-based annual bonus.

About the Role

As a Pharmacist with The Boots Company PLC, you'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering the pharmacy strategy through expert care and advice
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining the highest standards of practice
  • Developing and implementing training programs for store teams
  • Conducting quality audits and risk assessments to ensure customer and patient safety
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver innovative pharmacy services

Key Requirements:

  1. Registration with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI)
  2. Demonstrated expertise in community pharmacy and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care
  3. Ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  5. Capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum
