About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Business Partner to join our Central Services team at KPMG-UnitedKingdom. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving the implementation of a business-specific learning strategy aligned to business, Talent, and Learning CoE strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and participation of an annual learning needs analysis in business unit/Capability area, to develop an understanding of the current and future learning needs.
  • Bring an expert view of the business and participate in firm-wide learning projects for design and delivery to ensure business solutions are innovative and practical and aligned to business objectives.
  • Manage the scheduling and implementation of technical training, working closely with Enablement and KLS.
  • Monitor the business case shift from F2F learning for technical training towards a blend of digital/Virtual.
  • Facilitate the implementation of Code of Conduct, risk, and compliance learning and awareness across all grades, Sectors, and business lines, as needed.
  • Conduct, manage, and measure the impact of learning campaigns.
Requirements
  • Professional training/HR development/education qualifications in relevant subject area.
  • Demonstrable experience at manager level and have a proven track record in core HR competencies and exposure to the associated risks.
  • Adept at communicating, influencing, coaching, educating, challenging, and managing senior stakeholders.
  • Strong financial management/commercial acumen.
  • Evidence of CPD and up-to-date knowledge on learning strategy.
  • Ability to understand and develop effective L&D and OD strategies while understanding the implications from a culture, business success, and company practice standpoint.
  • The ability to translate client business needs into realistic and achievable plans in collaboration with the learning CoE.
  • The ability to role model collaboration, and consult confidently, effectively, and independently with senior levels of the organisation.
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills to address diverse organisational stakeholders at all levels.

As a Learning Business Partner, you will be a key member of our team, contributing true value to the bottom line and recognised as essential for short and long-term strategic business planning. Your responsibilities will span the employee life cycle, inclusive of the talent agenda, so you are a true partner to the Capability-aligned HRD.

Collaboration across our operating model is a key feature of how you will deliver impactful results. Reporting to the Senior Learning Business Partner, you will build trusted advisor relationships with senior managers in your business service line.

Working closely with Design and Delivery teams, you will ensure the business agenda for technical training remains on track and on budget. You will be a role model for collaboration to those around you; influencing, coaching, motivating, and challenging.

We are open to talk to talent across the country but our core Central Service hubs for this role are: Watford. With 20 sites across the UK, we can potentially facilitate office work, working from home, flexible hours, and part-time options.
