About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Business Partner to join our Central Services team at KPMG-UnitedKingdom. As a Learning Business Partner, you will play a critical role in driving the development and implementation of learning strategies that support the firm's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learning Strategy Development

Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and implement business-specific learning strategies that align with the firm's Talent and Learning CoE strategy.

Learning Needs Analysis

Lead the planning and participation of annual learning needs analysis in business units to identify current and future learning needs.

Learning Solution Development

Bring an expert view of the business and participate in firm-wide learning projects to design and deliver effective learning solutions.

Technical Training Management

Manage the scheduling and implementation of technical training, working closely with Enablement and KLS teams.

Code of Conduct and Compliance

Facilitate the implementation of Code of Conduct, risk, and compliance learning and awareness across all grades, sectors, and business lines.

Learning Campaigns

Conduct, manage, and measure the impact of learning campaigns.

Requirements
  • Professional Qualifications

Professional training/HR development/education qualifications in a relevant subject area.

Experience

Demonstrable experience at manager level and a proven track record in core HR competencies and exposure to associated risks.

Communication and Influencing Skills

Strong communication, influencing, coaching, educating, challenging, and managing senior stakeholders.

Commercial Acumen

Strong financial management and commercial acumen.

CPD and Knowledge

Evidence of CPD and up-to-date knowledge on learning strategy.

Cultural Awareness

Ability to understand and develop effective L&D and OD strategies while understanding the implications from a culture, business success, and company practice standpoint.

Collaboration and Consultation

Ability to translate client business needs into realistic and achievable plans in collaboration with the learning CoE.

Role Modeling

Ability to role model collaboration, consult confidently, effectively, and independently with senior levels of the organisation.

Communication Skills

Well-developed verbal and written communication skills to address diverse organisational stakeholders at all levels.
