Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Contract Demand Lead to join our team at Experis. As a key member of our Sales Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving value for our clients and supporting the growth of our business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client requests from receipt to submission, working closely with our Contract Delivery Areas and other stakeholders to obtain client request responses and sign-offs.
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Account Management (CAM) main priority is to ensure a strong focus on the client and their priorities and how we drive value for them in a more competitive context.
- Our area covers Sales Operations, Demand Lifecycle Management and Relationship Management. These teams work together to ensure we can maximise the opportunities across both our existing contracts and generating new areas of growth.
Requirements:
- Assigned to one or more Contracts/Contract Areas
- Understand future Contract demand and drive insight and decision making.
- Ensure visibility and work with Contract Area key stakeholders to improve response performance.
