Job Title: Support Assistant- Barry

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Assistant to join our team in Newport and surrounding areas. As a Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing emotional and practical support to young people, helping them to achieve their potential and transition into independent living.

About the Role:

You will work collaboratively with our team to provide day-to-day support to young people, including:

  • Engaging and building strong relationships with young people
  • Providing emotional and practical support to motivate and empower young people
  • Working collaboratively with keyworkers and other team members to develop and implement support plans

Requirements:

Location: Newport and Surrounding Areas

Contract: Part Time, Permanent

Hours: 23.5 hours per week
