Join Our Team as a Casual Support Worker

We are seeking a proactive and inspiring Casual Support Worker to join our team at Westminster House in Newport. As a Casual Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling and supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex care needs to lead happy and fulfilled lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enable and support individuals with learning disabilities and complex care needs to engage in activities and experiences that promote their well-being and independence.
  • Provide personal care and support with daily living tasks, including toileting, dressing, and feeding, as needed.
  • Assist with on-site domestic duties, such as cooking and cleaning, as part of your role.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a safe and supportive environment for all service users.

  • Ability to tailor your work to suit each individual's needs and preferences.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
