Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Newport. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with support needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals with personal care and daily living tasks
  • Encourage and support individuals to access their local communities and engage in activities
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals and their families
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to ensure high-quality care and support

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.00
  • Enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour
  • Premium overtime rates at an additional £1 per hour
