Support Worker - Newport

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Newport. As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with support needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Support individuals with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and household chores
  • Encourage individuals to participate in activities and engage with their local community
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.00
  • Enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour
  • Premium overtime rates at an additional £1 per hour
