We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partnerships Coordinator to join our team at Arup. As a key member of our global partnerships team, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic partnerships and contributing to the growth of our Oasys business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement partnership strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Manage existing partnerships with key clients, distributors, and collaborators
  • Identify new business opportunities and analyze market trends to inform expansion strategies
  • Propose innovative strategies to enhance collaboration and increase revenue
  • Stakeholder management and communication with internal teams, including product marketeers, product managers, regional leaders, content managers, operations, sales, marketing, and technical support teams
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or project management with a strong understanding of the software industry
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on identifying growth opportunities
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Active listening and ability to understand opportunities and requirements
  • Able to build trust, influence, and minimize conflict to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Familiarity with partnership contracts
