Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Colour 2 Glass Splashbacks Ltd. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our team and liaise with customers and suppliers on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls and emails and dealing with general requests for information about our products.
  • Processing customers enquires, quotations and orders.
  • Taking payments for orders.
  • Processing customer returns.
  • Booking in orders for dispatch with couriers.
  • Producing technical drawings for customers and liaising with customers to ensure they get the right product and service.
  • Answering online messages via third-party selling platforms.

Requirements:

  • Strong IT and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational, prioritisation and planning skills.
  • Professional conduct and attitude to enhance the company's reputation.
  • Ability to show initiative and propose solutions to issues identified.
