Lincolnshire Recovery Partnership is a pioneering collaboration between Turning Point, Framework, and Double Impact, delivering comprehensive substance use treatment and recovery services across Lincolnshire from April 2024. Our 'Recovery First' model integrates lived experience recovery, ensuring a highly localized and integrated approach to support residents with multiple issues.
Role ResponsibilityAs a Non-Medical Prescriber (NMP) or Pharmacist Prescriber at our Lincolnshire Recovery Service, you will be involved in opiate substitute treatment (OST) interventions, benzodiazepine reductions, alcohol and opiate detoxifications, and relapse prevention medications. You will also provide support for health care assessments, administer detoxification medication for clients, complete alcohol and opiate detoxification assessments, provide Blood Borne Virus (BBV) screening and vaccinations, and work closely with mental health, physical health, and social care services.
Key Responsibilities- Attend local prescribers meetings, one-to-one clinical supervision, and national prescriber/clinician meetings to support learning and continuous professional development.
- Work closely with the Clinical Services Manager and Clinical Lead to provide full training and supervision.
- Contribute to delivering clinically excellent services and help shape service delivery.
- Access RCNi for revalidation, indemnity insurance, and support from the Clinical Lead, Clinical Services Manager, Turning Point's Head of Nursing, and Head of Medicines Optimisation and Pharmacy Services.
