About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Non-Medical Prescriber Nurse to join our team at Lincolnshire Recovery Partnership, a collaborative partnership between Turning Point, Framework, and Double Impact. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialist substance use treatment and recovery services across Lincolnshire.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver opiate substitute treatment (OST) interventions, benzodiazepine reductions, alcohol and opiate detoxifications, and relapse prevention medications.
  • Provide support for health care assessments, administering detoxification medication for clients, and completing alcohol and opiate detoxification assessments.
  • Conduct Blood Borne Virus (BBV) screening and vaccinations, and work closely with mental health, physical health, and social care services.

Requirements

  • Registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council or a qualified Pharmacist.
  • Confident in managing all aspects of prescribing for opiates and managing alcohol detoxifications.
  • Excellent communicator and highly organized with the ability to develop support packages tailored to individual needs.
