Holiday Services Manager

Park Holidays is seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Holiday Services Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a budget for the Holiday Sales department and monitor effective control.
  • Ensure the operation meets legal requirements, such as gas safety certificates and portable appliance testing certificates.
  • Prepare and meet annual operating profit targets.
  • Closely control all Park expenditures within your department.
  • Maximise occupancy of the holiday hire fleet.
  • Maintain records on each Holiday Home, including carbon monoxide alarms and smoke alarms.
  • Identify opportunities to move the department forward.
  • Set up and maintain a reliable system to handle correspondence and matters.
  • Monitor the standards of work of all cleaners, ensuring work meets agreed operating standards.
  • Ensure all chalets/Holiday Homes have keys counted.
  • Operate a cash point and control monies and reception safe.
  • Complete all Welcome Packs with corresponding programs, membership cards, etc.

Requirements:

  • Good PC skills, including knowledge of Excel.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • A professional and outgoing personality.
  • A clear understanding of and ability to maintain Company confidentiality.
  • The ability to work on your own initiative.
  • Flexibility.
