About the Role

As a Holiday Home Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for maximizing sales opportunities and achieving targets through effective marketing and sales strategies. You will work closely with our Sales Manager to develop and implement plans to increase sales and revenue, and will be expected to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities

  1. Carry out marketing activities to maximize sales opportunities, including posting social media adverts, building relationships with current owners, and calling prospective customers.
  2. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPI targets as set by the Sales Manager.
  3. Explore financing arrangements with prospective customers and deal with any financial matters in a confidential way.
