Mortgage Services Development Manager

Countrywide Mortgage Services is seeking an experienced Mortgage Services Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our mortgage services team, you will be responsible for supporting the development of our mortgage services business, including the supervision of mortgage advisors and the achievement of revenue and product sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Support and develop less experienced colleagues to achieve their full potential.
- Supervise and mentor a team of mortgage advisors, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets and comply with all relevant regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue and product sales targets, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with other teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, including changes in regulations and market trends, and ensure that our mortgage services business is well-positioned to take advantage of these opportunities.
- Two years' experience in a mortgage services role, with a proven track record of success in sales and customer-facing environments.
- Relevant professional qualifications, such as CeMAP or Certificate in Financial Planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and motivation.
