Mortgage Services Development Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Advisor to take on a leadership role and contribute to the growth of our Mortgage Services team.

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to provide support and guidance to less experienced colleagues, while also achieving revenue and product sales as a Mortgage Advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to support the growth of our Mortgage Services business.
  • Provide supervisory support to a team of Mortgage Advisors, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to achieve revenue and product sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and ensure our team has the necessary knowledge and skills to provide excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Two years' experience in financial services, with a strong background in mortgage sales and customer service.
  • Relevant professional qualifications, such as CeMAP or Certificate in Financial Planning.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • A strong understanding of the mortgage market and industry developments.
