About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to provide support and guidance to less experienced colleagues, while also achieving revenue and product sales as a Mortgage Advisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to support the growth of our Mortgage Services business.
- Provide supervisory support to a team of Mortgage Advisors, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to achieve revenue and product sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and ensure our team has the necessary knowledge and skills to provide excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Two years' experience in financial services, with a strong background in mortgage sales and advice.
- Relevant professional qualifications, such as CeMAP or Certificate in Financial Planning.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- A strong understanding of the mortgage market and industry developments.
