Clinical Nurse Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Lead to join our team at Clearbrook, an 18-bedded inpatient high dependency unit for ladies experiencing psychosis and co-existing conditions. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring a successful transition and discharge to the appropriate environment.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement collaborative, needs-based care plans through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Work within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high standards of individualized patient care.
  • Participate in collaborative working with patients, carers, and the MDT and community services.
  • Receive and deliver clinical supervision, appraisals, and training opportunities to support in achieving high standards of care.

Requirements
  • 12 to 24 months band 5 qualified nurse experience dependent upon service need.
  • Subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such, it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
