About the Role

We are seeking an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team at Totally Careers. As an autonomous practitioner, you will be responsible for assessing the health and clinical needs of our patients, undertaking consultations, and using your advanced clinical practice skills to diagnose, treat, refer, or discharge patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and manage the health and clinical needs of patients
  • Undertake consultations as an autonomous practitioner
  • Use advanced clinical practice skills to diagnose, treat, refer, or discharge patients
  • Work collaboratively with multi-professional teams to enhance capacity and capability
Requirements

We are looking for an experienced healthcare professional with a Master's level award or equivalent. You will have a strong clinical background and be able to work autonomously, using your own clinical judgement to make decisions.
