About the Role:

Academics Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Classroom Support Professional to join our team in Oxford. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in helping our teachers deliver high-quality education to our students.


Responsibilities:

As a Classroom Support Professional, you will be responsible for supporting the class teacher with the general running of the classroom. This will include helping with lesson planning, gathering and setting up for lessons, helping to keep the classroom presentable and safe, and helping manage general classroom behaviour.


Requirements:

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about education and has a fun and enthusiastic attitude. You should be calm and compassionate, with the ability to adapt your approach to match the needs of the different students. You will also need to understand the importance of safeguarding and have an enhanced DBS certificate.


Key Information:

This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience working in the classroom and being exposed to qualified teachers who have been through the training and qualifying process. You will have the chance to soak up all the advice you need in a supportive environment.


Working Hours:

This role is available to start ASAP and will involve working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm. The position is a long-term role and is term-time only.
