We are seeking a highly skilled Nursing Lead for Community Services to join our team in the Essex area. As a Nursing Lead for Community Services, you will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals, providing high-quality care to children and their families, and contributing to the growth and development of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Design and deliver tailored care plans specific to individual clients' needs
  • Provide ongoing monitoring, support, and assessment of clients' physical and physiological needs within your caseload
  • Collaborate with community teams, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to establish and maintain bespoke packages of care
Requirements
  • RSCN qualification with at least 6 months of experience in the UK and an active NMC PIN
  • A supportive management style that brings out the best in others
  • Up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last 2 years
  • Suitable for Band 5/Band 6 Nurses with evidence of effective leadership and management of HCAs
  • Full UK Driving Licence desirable but not essential
