Risk Management Specialist Lead

Job Overview:
This role is part of the Campus Safety team at Sodexo, working closely with other departments to ensure the overall safety and security of the university community. The successful candidate will be able to manage complex situations and priorities, while maintaining excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to prevent security breaches.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and incident reports.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide assistance when needed.
Requirements:
- SIA Licence holder (Door supervisor and CCTV).
- Proven experience in security and leadership roles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of security protocols and compliance standards.
