About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Change and Performance Analyst to join our Business Improvement Team at mhs homes. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business improvement and ensuring that our services are delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain business intelligence reporting using Power BI to provide insights into our business performance.
  • Work closely with the business to ensure that departments understand their data and performance, and report to leadership on the overall performance of the business against its key goals.
  • Identify trends in data and feed into the design and deployment of service improvements in line with our organisation's strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Business Transformation Team to ensure that our services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
