Group Finance Analyst

A dynamic and challenging role has become available for a Group Finance Analyst to join our client's systems and reporting team on a full-time and permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the technical development and implementation of system enhancements, ensuring seamless integration and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Oversee the translation and submission of financial data for all entities within the group, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Design and deliver system training initiatives to ensure a positive user experience and drive adoption.
- Investigate and resolve system issues and tickets, collaborating with the system support team and stakeholders.
- Partner with the system support team, users, and relevant stakeholders to drive change management processes and ensure successful system implementation.
- Support the group with month-end reporting, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Lead the technical onboarding of newly acquired companies, integrating user training and data mapping.
- Support ad-hoc systems-related projects as required.
- Newly qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA or CIMA)
- Financial Accounting and consolidation experience is essential
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and analysis, including IFRS financial statements
- Previous experience with SAP or similar consolidation and statutory accounts preparation systems is preferred
- A genuine passion for finance systems and volume data analysis
- Advanced Excel skills
- High levels of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and business partnering abilities
- A competitive salary of £50,000 + car allowance of (c.£5k)
