Job Summary:

The Conveyancing Operations Manager and Secretary Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the conveyancing team, ensuring the smooth execution of property law transactions, and supervising a team of secretaries and support staff.

As a seasoned manager, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements, managing the workflow, and ensuring compliance with all legal and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the conveyancing team, ensuring timely completion of property law transactions.
  2. Supervise a team of secretaries and support staff, providing guidance and training on relevant tasks and responsibilities.
  3. Analyze complex information, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity within the team.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals, ensuring seamless integration of conveyancing operations and administrative support services.
