About You:

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a solid understanding of property law and conveyancing processes. As a seasoned team leader, you'll be responsible for managing the workflow, ensuring compliance with company procedures, and fostering a collaborative environment.

Key Duties:
  1. Lead a team of secretaries and support staff, providing guidance and training on relevant tasks and responsibilities.
  2. Assist with conveyancing transactions, property law matters, and client liaison, maintaining effective communication channels.
  3. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity within the team.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals, ensuring seamless integration of conveyancing operations and administrative support services.
Requirements:
  • Thorough understanding of property law and conveyancing processes.
  • Experience in supervising and leading a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
