HRLife Ltd is excited to be looking for a Swedish speaking HR Generalist to support a specific client group in Europe. If you're proactive and commercial with some previous HR generalist experience and are either operating at HRBP or aspiring to develop into a HRBP role, then we'd love to hear from you.
This will be a broad generalist role encompassing the day-to-day elements but will also have a high content of HR project work. Working closely with the wider HR team you'll help shape and create things from scratch, embed new ways of working and be looking for continual improvement and streamlining. This is a role that will give you the opportunity to partner with the business, be instrumental in offering advice and guidance to your dedicated client group and develop the HR offering.
Key Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, covering a broad spectrum of generalist HR activities encompassing employment relations, restructuring, learning and development, performance management, talent management, and reward and recognition.
- Providing commercial advice on a range of HR issues, upskilling and coaching managers on employment relations matters, and developing their HR knowledge base.
- Developing a first-class employee experience by supporting health and wellbeing, shaping and designing learning and development initiatives, and continuously improving processes and policies to reflect best practices and support the employee experience.
- Project work, including an HRIS upgrade, to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Fluent Swedish speaker
- Previous experience of working in a commercial business
- Used to working in a broad generalist role with a good grounding in employment law
- Able to demonstrate previous HR project experience
- Familiar with utilising data to help make credible business decisions
- HRIS savvy
- Happy to work a hybrid pattern, 3 days a week in the office
