Account Growth Manager

We are seeking a motivated Account Growth Manager to join our team at Little Agency. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for both B2B and B2C clients and taking the day-to-day lead on your key accounts.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 year's agency experience, a strong understanding of different marketing channels and their role in hitting client objectives, and a creative and proactive mindset. You will also need to have experience in using TikTok for clients and analysing performance data to report on success across all platforms.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. This figure includes a pension, extended free holiday at Christmas, additional holiday for each year you work with us, and monthly personal development time.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute marketing strategies for both B2B and B2C clients
- Take the day-to-day lead on key accounts and work with the Client Services team to deliver campaigns and inspire the performance, creative, and digital teams
- Experience in producing client-ready reports
