We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Beauty Brand Ambassador to join our team in Reading and the surrounding areas. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for increasing visibility and availability of our brand products within independent and symbol convenience retail outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building relationships with key decision-makers and negotiating with shop owners and managers to ensure our brand is visible and on sale across your territory.
- Using your personality to influence and increase sales of our brand products.
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive brand experience for customers.
- Working closely with our sales team to achieve sales targets and grow the brand.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £28,000 per annum, with the opportunity to earn up to 20% bonus based on results.
- A branded company van and fuel card to support your sales activities.
- Ongoing training and development to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the role.

Requirements:
- A driving license with no more than 6 points or previous bans.
- Manual handling and heavy lifting abilities, as you will be carrying stock.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and a passion for sales and customer service.
