Estee Lauder - Beauty Advisor - John Lewis - 15 Hours

Job Summary:

As a Beauty Advisor at Estee Lauder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a personalized shopping experience for our clients. You will work closely with our team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients
  • Recommend and sell Estee Lauder products based on client needs and preferences
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and trends
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store events to create an engaging and inspiring in-store experience

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail or beauty industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
