About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our GMP Peptide Services Team at Biosynth. As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the GMP sales process, acting as a liaison between customers and our team, and ensuring seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the GMP Sales Process
    • Join customer calls as a specialist and prepare proposals for GMP projects.
  • Project Management
    • Communicate with customers throughout project execution and ensure a positive customer experience.
    • Initiate and guide production processes, including associated documentation, for GMP projects.
  • Documentation and Compliance
    • Prepare necessary documentation for GMP projects.
    • Ensure compliance with our quality assurance system, ISO 9001, and GMP-API.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Represent Operations in project team meetings.
    • Support the development of new GMP processes and methodologies.
  • Other Responsibilities
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as organic chemistry or peptide chemistry.
    • PhD preferred.
  • Experience
    • Previous experience in a similar role is required.
  • Skills
    • Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
    • Good theoretical and practical knowledge of the relevant professional field.
    • Thorough knowledge of GMP.
    • Software skills, such as Office and SAP.
    • Excellent social skills and a team player attitude.
