Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at Maxim Recruitment. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet project deadlines.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in construction project management, preferably in the affordable housing sector.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • APM or equivalent qualification, with a strong understanding of construction industry standards and regulations.
