Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed on time and within budget.
- Supervise and manage a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that construction work is being carried out to the required standards.
Requirements
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work autonomously, as well as within a team environment.
- Hold relevant certifications, such as SMSTS and First Aid.
