Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team in the East Midlands. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of each project by preparing cost estimates and managing budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with engineers, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Prepare cost estimates and manage budgets
  • Conduct cost analysis and provide financial advice to the project team
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers and contractors

Requirements:

  • HND qualification in Civil Engineering or Degree in Quantity Surveying
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
