LOCATION: Remote with some travel requirements

TYPE: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

With a strong focus on enhancing operational efficiency and fostering innovation, we are embarking on a transformative journey that requires a skilled Integration Solutions Architect. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in Integration Architecture, Systems Integration, and API Management, understanding the pivotal role that seamless integration plays in optimizing business processes and workflows.

As a vital member of our Enterprise Architecture team, the Integration Solutions Architect will spearhead the formulation of an integration strategy that aligns with our organizational goals and architectural standards. This strategic position demands a technology visionary who can adeptly navigate complex business environments while establishing governance frameworks that ensure the secure and efficient integration of enterprise systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee an Enterprise Integration Strategy that supports business objectives Conduct comprehensive analyses of business processes and requirements to create high-quality integration designs, collaborating with senior stakeholders and external partners for approval Customize industry-standard integration frameworks to produce and maintain integration models specific to our business domain Document the integration value chain for the organization Identify and document key integration points and dependencies through detailed business process flows Collaborate with internal and external development teams to drive integration architecture design and implementation Analyze existing system behaviors and integration patterns to facilitate seamless integration mapping Design integration patterns and data flows to enhance accessibility and provide real-time insights for analytics and reporting Work with external standards organizations to define and uphold global integration standards Understand and document lifecycles of key integration entities, defining non-functional requirements for integration Collaborate with Security Architects to establish integration security protocols and compliance measures Define and manage an integration governance framework, transitioning into regular operations

Required Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in creating high-quality integration designs and securing stakeholder approval Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience with senior stakeholders and third-party partners Familiarity with industry-standard integration frameworks and the ability to adapt them to meet business needs Background in the insurance domain, particularly with integration patterns and standards relevant to commercial insurance Experience across various technical domains, including microservices, workflow management, and legacy systems Ability to map logical integration to physical integration in large-scale transformation projects Experience in developing transition plans for integration migration Expertise in designing integration patterns for analytics and machine learning on large datasets Knowledge of integration security policies and regulatory compliance Experience in establishing governance processes for integration management Familiarity with external standards organizations Experience with the TOGAF framework
