We are currently seeking a skilled Integration Solutions Architect to join our team and contribute to our strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Integration Architecture, Systems Integration, and API Management, and will understand the importance of effective integration processes for seamless business operations.

As a key member of our Enterprise Architecture team, the Integration Solutions Architect will be responsible for crafting an integration strategy that aligns with our business goals and architectural standards. This role demands a technology leader capable of navigating complex technical landscapes while establishing governance frameworks to ensure secure and efficient integration of enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee an Enterprise Integration Strategy that supports business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of business processes and requirements to create high-quality integration designs.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and external partners to gain approval for integration artefacts.
  • Customize industry-standard integration frameworks to fit specific business needs.
  • Document the integration value chain for the organization.
  • Identify key integration points through comprehensive business process flows.
  • Work closely with development teams to drive integration architecture and API design.
  • Analyze existing systems and integration patterns to facilitate seamless integration.
  • Design integration patterns for real-time data accessibility and analytics.
  • Collaborate with standards organizations to maintain global integration standards.
  • Define non-functional requirements for integration consistency and performance.
  • Partner with Security Architects to establish integration security protocols.
  • Manage the integration governance framework and transition to business-as-usual operations.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in creating high-quality integration designs in complex environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leaders and external partners.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard integration frameworks and their customization.
  • Experience in the insurance domain, particularly with integration patterns relevant to commercial insurance.
  • Knowledge across various technical domains, including microservices and legacy systems.
  • Ability to map logical to physical integration in large-scale transformation projects.
  • Experience in developing integration migration plans.
  • Proficiency in designing integration for analytics and machine learning applications.
  • Understanding of integration security policies and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience in governance processes for integration management.
  • Familiarity with the TOGAF framework.
