**Job Title:** Registered Nurse

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at a beautiful purpose-built home specializing in Elderly & Dementia Care. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide person-centered care to our residents, promoting independence and dignity
* Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with our care team
* Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the best possible care
* Collaborate with our healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions

**What We Offer:**

* Competitive hourly rate of £20.65

**Requirements:**

* Registered Nurse qualification with a valid NMC pin
