This will involve working closely with clinical operational managers of EK community rehab, EK community neuro team, and community hospital therapists to ensure seamless care and equitable service provision.

Main Responsibilities

* Lead the operational management of the West Kent community rehab team, community neuro rehab team, and falls service
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure seamless care and equitable service provision
* Establish and maintain strong links with primary and secondary care, social services, service users, and other providers that support continuous service development
* Be responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of care within services, including meeting contracted and clinically optimal waiting time

Requirements

* Degree in Nursing or AHP profession
* Management qualification (e.g. MBA, MSc)
* Experience of managing teams in a healthcare setting
* Ability to interpret complex written and statistical information
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Estimated Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum depending on experience.
