About the Role:
The Maintenance Scheduler will be responsible for ensuring the schedule for all engineers is full, route optimized, and based on skillset. This role is vital in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all jobs and surveys are booked and confirmed
- Manage the schedule to run at least three days ahead
- Coordinate with engineers to optimize routes and schedules
- Monitor and adjust the schedule as needed to ensure maximum efficiency
Requirements:
- Experience in scheduling engineers in a reactive maintenance environment
- Familiarity with scheduling software, specifically Job Watch by Big Change
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
