Senior Care Manager

We are partnering with a new residential service provider for children aged 11-18, seeking an experienced Senior Care Manager to lead the setup and operation of their new home. You will provide strategic leadership, oversee recruitment, and ensure regulatory compliance with Ofsted.
Key Responsibilities:
* Recruit and lead the Registered Manager and staff team.
* Manage the home's setup and Ofsted registration.
* Provide line management for Registered Managers and ensure service quality.
* Conduct visits, provide feedback, and oversee staff supervision.
* Maintain financial performance through occupancy management.
* Work with Directors to ensure the service's development.
* Handle inspections and ensure compliance with regulations.
Qualifications and Experience:
* QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
* Proven experience with Ofsted-regulated children's homes.
* Experience in setting up new residential services is highly desirable.
* Full UK driving licence required.
