Senior Care Assistant

As a senior care assistant, you will look after the different needs of our residents to enable us to deliver quality, person-centered care and support. Your role will involve supervising and working with a team of care assistants. You will also be responsible for medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews, and liaising with GP services and other professionals.
You should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health and Social Care to join us as a senior care assistant. We'll also need to see that you have specific knowledge of care for the elderly. We're looking for people who are warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to giving each resident individualized care and support. You'll have the opportunity to develop your career through ongoing training opportunities, so there's no limit to how far you can go with us.
