About the Role:The Cross-Functional Expansion Specialist will execute multiple time-sensitive, large-scale projects to meet business objectives in defined project timeframes. This role requires strong project management skills, experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams, and expertise in identifying, driving, and developing best practices.
Main Responsibilities:- Drive stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
- Support with navigating ambiguity and deep diving across a wide range of topics and stakeholders.
- Develop scalable processes and technical solutions.
- 5+ years of program or project management experience.
- Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
