About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust. As a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing specialist assessment and care planning to individuals experiencing mental health-related difficulties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality clinical services to patients and their families, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Develop and implement therapeutic interventions, tailored to the needs of individuals, in accordance with agreed care plans.
