Job Title: Completions Support Administrator

The role will work closely with colleagues and teams to ensure the smooth transition of Home Finance applications through the customer application journey. Key responsibilities include supporting applications through the offer process and particularly through the completions process in an efficient and timely manner.

Utilizing experience and skills, the successful candidate will process applications within agreed SLAs while adhering to the Bank's Credit Risk and AML governance and guidelines.

  • Administer post-offer applications with end-to-end case ownership to ensure overall positive broker/customer outcomes.
  • Assess and process applications in line with Credit Policy CDD guidelines and standard operating procedures.
  • Support the Bank to deliver an outstanding level of service and be recognized externally for doing so.
  • Manage an effective pipeline, working cases efficiently to meet agreed Service Level Agreements.
  • Collaborate with all functions and business areas to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Manage post-offer telephony communications, handling inbound and outbound calls in line with agreed KPIs.
  • Conduct all completion-related checks prior to fund release.
  • Assist with the management of Completions workflows and replies within agreed Service Level Agreements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all external solicitors, ensuring timely exchange of information and documentation.
  • Assist with printing and signing necessary land registry documents weekly for solicitors.
  • Perform any other duties commensurate with the grade and level of responsibility of this post, for which the post holder has the necessary experience and/or training.
