About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Manager to lead the coordination and oversight of various projects within our Science & Wellness programme. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely project delivery, managing stakeholder expectations, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Responsibilities
• Ensure the successful delivery of the programme/project, escalating issues and ensuring timely mitigating actions.
• Collaborate closely with initiative owners within the Science and Wellness department and Technical Programme Managers (TPM) to manage the delivery of savings and KPI measurement.
• Define and own the long-term integrated programme plan, milestones, outcomes, decisions, risks, and dependencies.
• Manage and communicate any proposed changes to scope, timelines, and/or cost, highlighting implications to relevant stakeholders.
• Manage communications with stakeholders at all levels of the business, including the Executive level.
• Provide programme management leadership and coaching to other junior managers and team members.
• Act as a connector to ensure collaborative working across projects, functions, finance, and technology.
• Develop and maintain a programme communications plan, harnessing Internal Communications team resources.

Requirements
• Strong Programme Manager/Senior Project Manager experience with a proven track record of successful business transformation.
• Experience in Retail, healthcare, or eCommerce is preferred.
• Comfortable with high levels of ambiguity and change, and able to adjust strategies and approaches as necessary.
• Skilled in engaging with and managing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leadership, external partners, and team members.
• Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in programme and project management methodologies.
• Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills.
• A Master's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, public health, healthcare management, or business administration).
• Certifications in project management (such as PMP or PRINCE2) and change management (e.g., Prosci Certified Change Practitioner) are advantageous.
