About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Bupa Care Services. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the well-being of our residents, ensuring their care plans are up-to-date and implemented effectively.
- Coach and guide the care team, providing formal and informal training to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Carry out assessments and develop individualized care plans for each resident, ensuring their needs are met and their dignity is respected.
- Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and compliant with relevant standards and policies.
Requirements
- NMC-registered with a valid pin.
- Positive attitude and energy to create a supportive work environment.
- Caring and hands-on approach to help residents maintain independence and dignity.
- Effective communication skills to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues.
- Passionate about coaching and training others to enhance their skills and knowledge.
