Job Summary:

Adecco is seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead technical materials projects for global OTC and Food Supplement brands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring supply, quality, and regulatory aspects are managed for project planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical materials projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Safety, Purchases, Operations, Engineering, and Brand, to drive project success.
  • Work closely with R&D groups in Reading and other global technical innovation sites to develop and implement new technologies.
  • Manage tasks and responsibilities across multiple projects with minimal supervision, utilizing strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including suppliers and customers, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of manufacturing processes, with a focus on quality and regulatory compliance.
  • Advanced skills in critical appraisal of data, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Scientific degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials, or Life Sciences, with relevant industry experience.
  • Experience in qualifying raw material and consumer goods products, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Proven track record of success in a highly regulated environment, with a focus on quality, safety, and compliance.
