Purchase Coordinator

As a Material Sourcing Expert, you will play a crucial role in sourcing high-quality materials for our projects. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the purchasing process, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
Job Requirements:You will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to negotiate prices and lead times with suppliers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is essential. Additionally, you should be able to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
Key Tasks:- Negotiate prices and lead times with suppliers
- Source high-quality materials for our projects
- Ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness
- Analyze data and identify trends to inform purchasing decisions
- Manage the Purchasing emails to ensure all queries are addressed
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, preferably with 3-4 years of experience dealing with multi-disciplinary teams, data entry, and query management. They should also possess excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Please note that this role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including additional leave, company events, company pension, cycle to work scheme, free parking, life insurance, on-site parking, private medical insurance, referral programme, and sick pay.
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per year, depending on experience.
