Cybersecurity Professional for Medical Device Development

A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen in the medical device industry for a highly skilled Cybersecurity Professional to join a pioneering scientific R&D company.
The Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of software systems by reviewing designs, auditing code, and performing penetration tests. Your expertise will play a critical role in developing and implementing vulnerability mitigation strategies, conducting risk assessments and threat modeling, and managing vulnerabilities using industry standards.
You will act as a security expert, proactively identifying and addressing potential threats, and integrating robust security measures throughout the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing vulnerability mitigation strategies
- Conducting risk assessments and threat modeling
- Managing vulnerabilities using industry standards
Requirements:
- Extensive software security experience, covering applications, networks, and system security
- Experience with security protocols and penetration testing
- Ideally, a relevant certification such as CISSP, CEH, OSCP, or CSSLP
- Experience with Python and/or Bash scripting would be advantageous
