Carr Gomm is looking for an experienced Mental Health Support Worker to join our team in Stirling. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with individuals living with mental health conditions, learning disabilities, and other challenges.
About the RoleIn this rewarding role, you will provide high-quality support to ensure individuals have a valued role in their community. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities- Social Support: Building strong relationships with individuals and promoting independence
- Medication Support: Managing prescribed medication and promoting healthy habits
- Personal Care: Assisting with daily needs, including bathing, dressing, and arranging visits with healthcare professionals
- Practical Support: Supporting individuals with daily household tasks and errands
We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated starting salary of £26,500, anti-social hours payment of up to £1,209 for waking night shifts, enhanced mileage payment of 45p per mile, and more.
